Primary Job Function: To provide repairs and maintenance on a wide variety of light commercial heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.

Local and established Portland Facilities Maintenance & HVAC Company is looking for experienced, dependable & hard working Commercial HVAC Service Technicians. These positions are long term and fulltime employment opportunities for qualified applicants. Requirements include at least 4 years of HVAC experience AND the ability and desire to learn and grow in this industry. Potential duties involve assisting in the repair, maintenance & replacement of various commercial HVAC equipment; completing various training classes; recording logs of various aspects of the systems' operation. ALL applicants are required to pass a comprehensive background check and drug test for security clearance. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving history. The Company offers excellent pay & benefits to successful & qualified candidates.

Requirements - Candidates must:
* Be able to lift at least 25-50lbs frequently and up to 75-100lbs occasionally
 * Be willing to attend training classes
 * Be willing to obtain appropriate certifications & licenses – training provided by company 
 * Possess some experience & education 
 * Possess good communication skills
 * Possess a clean driving record
 * Possess current computer skills
