Bilingual Recruiter (Staffing Agency)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing team in Romeoville, Illinois!

As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will contribute to enhancing recruitment processes, building strong relationships, and supporting the company’s staffing needs in the supply chain industry. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive experience for candidates and TTR's clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events to identify top talent.
• Conduct cold calling to build a robust pipeline of candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Address employee relations concerns and provide consistent support throughout the hiring process.
• Perform weekly on-site client visits, manage audits, and handle payroll inquiries.
• Facilitate new hire orientation sessions for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
• Proactively engage in skill marketing, client outreach, and lead generation to meet key performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2 years of experience in recruiting for supply chain positions in a staffing agency setting.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or another language) to communicate effectively with diverse candidates.
• Strong organizational and relationship management skills to engage candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
• Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques to attract and identify qualified candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and company meet metrics.
• A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to align candidate offers with company policies.
