Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay Rate: $20.00/Hr.,pay increase upon hired.

We are seeking several Cherry Picker Operator/Order Picker to join our client’s team in Bolingbrook, IL!

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity on the First Shift. The available shift hours are: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday. The pay rate is $20.00/per hour, pay increase upon hired!

Cherry Picker Operator/Order Picker Job Summary: This position will primarily involve assisting with order picking for shipment, along with a mix of packing duties. The role includes operating the Cherry Picker Forklift and order picking.

Cherry Picker Operator/Order Picker Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.

• Assists in inventory counts by counting and making appropriate adjustments

• Provides quality service by following organization standards.

• Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization

• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers

• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations

Cherry Picker Operator/Order Picker Requirements:

• Proven working experience as a Cherry Picker Operator and Order Picker

• Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems

• Good organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

• Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse

• Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance

• Customer service mentality is beneficial to ensure a positive customer experience by shipping items to a high standard

• Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including a background check, drug screening, and E-Verify eligibility verification.
