Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization towards achieving its mission and strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations management, healthcare, business development, and strategic planning. As the Executive Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, ensuring effective processes are in place, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Duties
- Provide exceptional leadership to the organization, guiding strategic planning and implementation of initiatives.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
- Manage all business aspects that are currently being performed by the owner including 401k implementation, annual health/dental contract negotiations for employees, monthly business reports and meetings with accountant.
- Oversee all aspects of HR with assistance from the current management team.
- Collaborate with existing management team (including Office Manager and Optical Manager) to foster honesty, consistency, growth, staff confidence, and exceptional customer service.
- Implementation visionary goals generated by the ownership team
- Oversee all aspects of expansion from current location to a much larger location including lending, location acquisition, bidding, design, and buildout.
- Oversee team growth associated with said expansion
- Lead process improvement efforts to enhance organizational performance and service delivery.
- Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery of programs and services.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and teamwork among staff.
- Monitor organizational performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement as needed.
- Represent the organization at public events, meetings, and conferences to promote its mission.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles with a focus on operations management. Experience in some aspect of healthcare is a requirement.
- Strong skills in business development, including identifying opportunities for growth and partnership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic planning processes effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Proficient in project management methodologies with experience leading complex projects.
- Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
- Strong analytical skills to assess organizational performance and drive process improvements.
- An absolute commitment to the organization's mission and values.
- Must possess exceptional delegation skills
