The Accounting Manager candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and compliance, with hands-on experience in NetSuite. This role is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, managing financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.

- Oversee the general ledger, financial statements, and month-end / year-end close processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, balance sheets, P&L statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Manage AP / AR functions, vendor payments, invoicing, and collections.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions in NetSuite.
- Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and improve cash flow management.
- Assist in budget preparation, financial planning, and cost analysis.
- Provide insights to management on cost-saving opportunities and financial performance.
- Ensure sales tax filings, corporate tax compliance, and audits are completed accurately and on time.
- Utilize NetSuite ERP to streamline financial processes and improve reporting efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.
- Collaborate with procurement, operations, and senior management to align financial goals with business strategies.
