Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and mentor a team consisting of a Marketing Specialist, Graphic Designer, SEO Analyst, and Web Developer.
• Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and foster a collaborative team culture.
• Oversee team projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand growth.
• Align marketing goals with overall business objectives, and report progress to executive leadership.
• Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Leverage AI Tools to automate and optimize various marketing tasks, including audience targeting, personalized content creation, predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and campaign optimization
• Manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Maintain detailed documentation of campaigns, workflows, and project outcomes.
• Establish and enforce processes for project tracking and accountability.
• Oversee content creation efforts, including blogs, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Coordinate and contribute to content production for marketing and training purposes.
• Manage and execute video production for marketing and training purposes.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
• Supervise website maintenance, ensuring optimal performance, user experience, and lead conversion.
• Collaborate with the SEO Analyst to implement strategies that improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Monitor website analytics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and execute lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Optimize marketing funnels to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Track and analyze lead data, providing actionable insights for the sales team.
• Oversee the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth operation, maintenance, and updates.
• Upload, organize, and manage training materials, courses, and certifications within the LMS.
• Assist employees, trainers, and administrators with troubleshooting, access issues, and system navigation.
• Track learner progress, generate reports on training completion, and analyze LMS performance metrics.
• Ensure LMS integrates with other company systems (HR, compliance, etc.) and optimize for usability.
• Ensure training programs meet company and industry compliance standards.
• Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and participation in training programs.
• Collaborate with software vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to enhance system functionality.

Salary Range is $110,000-$140,000
