Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to employee emails and inquiries.
- Office Organization: Maintain a well-organized workspace and manage office supplies.
- Administrative Support: Assist with bookkeeping, record-keeping, and data entry into financial, personnel, and legal records.
- Recruitment Support: Help with job postings, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and recruitment procedures.
- HR Administration: Maintain employee files, update personnel records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Payroll & Benefits: Assist in payroll processing using ADP, Paychex, Paymedia, or similar software. Manage HR tasks using systems like BambooHR, Workday, or Paycor.
- Compliance & Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with labor laws, OSHA regulations, and company policies. Support HR with employee engagement initiatives.
- Payroll Experience: Familiarity with ADP, Paychex, Paymedia, QuickBooks Payroll, or Gusto.
- HR Software Knowledge: Experience with BambooHR, Workday, UKG, Paycom, or SAP SuccessFactors for employee records, time tracking, and compliance.
- Excel & QuickBooks: Strong knowledge of Excel for data entry and reporting, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping.
- HR & E-Verify: Experience with E-Verify for employment eligibility and HR processes like onboarding and benefits administration.
- Customer Service & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for employee interactions and problem-solving.
- Attention to Detail & Organization: Ability to handle multiple administrative and HR tasks efficiently.
