We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Commission Analyst to join our team. The Commissions Analyst will be responsible for tracking, calculating, and analyzing commission payments to various stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies and contractual agreements. This role will collaborate closely with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure proper commission calculations and reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Commission Calculation: Accurately calculate commissions based on sales and other metrics, ensuring alignment with agreements.
- Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement in commission structures.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular commission reports for clients and management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and any adjustments or corrections made.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile commission statements with sales records to ensure consistency between the data and payments.
- System Maintenance: Update and maintain commission databases and spreadsheets, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve any commission-related issues or discrepancies.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess current commission tracking processes and systems for efficiency, and recommend improvements as needed.
- Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual obligations related to commission payments.
