Total Wine & More is seeking a Facilities Associate to join our growing Store Development team in our Bethesda, MD office. We are a national retailer with over 270 locations nationwide, supporting a balanced process to ensure the facilities are safe and well-functioning. This candidate must be able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, effectively handle stressful situations, effectively support team members, and manage vendor relationships. The candidate will have input to support corporate office repair, mailroom functions, space optimization, contract services, reception area, and purchasing of equipment and supplies and will have a shared responsibility to monitor data center facility operations. - Assist in the coordination of activities, planning administrative systems, and overseeing select repairs and maintenance concerned with the operation of a commercial office facility
- Assist in the coordination of all installation and refurbishments and support the arranging of internal office moves
- Coordinate the upkeep of equipment to meet health and safety standards
- Maintain a professional working relationship with facility / building management
- Assist in the coordination of office supply deliveries and all TW&M equipment service calls and outsourced service providers for effective, dependable service to the corporate office
- Assist in the coordination of research initiatives to test, measure, and improve facilities programs
- Other activities / special projects as assigned by the supervisor
- Operates successfully within annual budget guidelines
