Total Wine & More is seeking aField Human Resources Manager to join our growing Field HRteam to support ourNortheastand Midwest Regions (Regions 1 and 5).We are looking for a Field Human Resource Manager to partner with the Regional Director of Human Resources to assist with employee relations issues, conduct team member investigations, and ensure we comply with employment laws.This position will also develop and execute HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and help foster employee engagement, development, and retention. You will report to theRegional Director of Human Resources for Regions 1 and 5. You will
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues.
- Guide managers on performance management.
- Deliver training programs that enhance and improve operational performance.
- Assist the Regional Director of Human Resources with identifying staffing needs and recruiting top talent.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local labor laws, and company policies.
- Support the promotion of a safe and healthy work environment.
- This position typically follows standard business hours. However, minimal weekend work and occasional holidays may be required based on operational needs.

The exempt compensation range for this position is $77,000 - $171,000. Compensation may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, market location, job-related knowledge, skills and / or experience.
