Job Summary

This role requires a proactive approach to outside sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Manage assigned territory to maximize sales potential and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers to secure profitable sales.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and market penetration.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development; technology sales experience is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with territory management strategies and techniques.
- Experience in retail sales or similar environments is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using technology tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Preferably Bilingual
