Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team, which includes Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery. Our unit provides care for low-risk maternity patients, with an average of 15-20 births per month.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to pregnant women and new mothers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to identify potential health risks or concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities to physicians
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with pregnant women and new mothers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN licensure from the State of Practice
