About the Role:
- Provide dialysis treatment to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; or equivalent experience.
- Current RN licensure in good standing.
- Certification in Nephrology Nursing preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
