Job Title: Respiratory Therapist - Respiratory Therapy

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to fill a travel assignment in Stafford, Virginia.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including acute and chronic respiratory diseases.
• Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and other respiratory treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Conduct pulmonary function tests and interpret results to diagnose respiratory disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans for patients based on their unique needs and medical histories.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal treatment outcomes.

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) in the state of Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting.
• Knowledge of respiratory anatomy, physiology, and pathology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
