The Account Management associate will work with clients to facilitate our battery and related product sales orders from initial orders to delivery. The Inside Sales Coordinator will monitor customer orders for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities :
- Effectively use a corporate ERP system, spreadsheets, and word-processing software to prepare statistical and written reports for management.
- Competently analyze applicable data to prioritize customer needs and make appropriate recommendations.
- Communicate regularly with customers, superiors, and peers in a variety of requests or questions. Follow up and respond to any requests or questions within a timely manner.
- Oversee the timely processing of the customer’s orders with the production, material teams or as needed in order to maintain on time deliveries.
- Assist Account Manager to monitor monthly projections and order status.
- Familiarization with all applicable Company Operating Procedures related to Account Management’s role
- Received and record Customer’s compliment or complaints per our process. For complaints, need to follow up with related teams until the complaints has closed.
- Prepare survey for annual Customer Satisfaction
