- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Analyze data and identify opportunities for improvement, and work with the team to develop and implement process improvements
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong understanding of IoT technology and its applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
