Job Overview
The TOTO USA Business Strategy Department seeks an entry-level IoT Integration Expert to support customer onboarding, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction with our Smart products and technologies.
About the Role
This position involves managing installation of smart restroom devices, providing training and ongoing support, regularly monitoring and analyzing data, and sharing insights with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation of smart restroom devices and provide comprehensive training and ongoing support
- Regularly monitor and analyze data and share actionable insights with customers
- Provide technical sales and support, lead meetings with customers, communicate with customers' IT team on connectivity, and manage and support IoT solution deployment (pre and post-sales support)
- Handle outages and provide timely support for hardware/gateway problems at customer locations
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies and stay current with market trends
- Must be organized and able to successfully manage multiple requests and projects with shifting and/or growing job responsibilities
- Have a can-do attitude with a take-ownership approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must be a strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to accept personal accountability and ownership for areas of responsibility
- Must be detail-oriented
- Willingsness to travel for training and meetings related to this position
