Job Description :
Toucan Gaming is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Route Collector to join our team. The Route Collector will be responsible for traveling to designated locations to collect and service company assets. This role requires strong time management skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities. A successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to learn new tasks, and the highest level of honesty and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow assigned collection routes and schedules efficiently.
- Collect assigned items from customers or company locations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
- Accurately document transactions and maintain secure handling of collected assets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures during collection activities.
- Communicate effectively with customers and report any discrepancies or issues.
- Ability to communicate information/instructions effectively to non-technical persons.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, including reporting route activity.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in collections, courier services, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (driving is required).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle assets securely and maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Computer and phone/mobile device proficiency. (knowledge of Microsoft Office).
- Ability to lift/move items as needed and work in various weather conditions.
Physical Demands:
- Walking, bending, lifting, squatting, repetitive motion, use of hand tools and test equipment.
- Driving short and long distances.
- Occasionally lifting to 75 lbs.

Base Pay Range :
$18.00-$25.00
