Job Description :
Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintains a high quality of service according to Toucan Gaming's core values.
- Maintains a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
- Maintain a current and advanced understanding of gaming equipment and performance trends
- Establishes new markets and customer leads for three machine locations; Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Manages contract content and necessary sales support materials.
- Facilitates contract negotiation, execution and renewal.
- Provides licensing support to new and existing customers seeking assistance from the Director of Compliance as needed.
- Schedules regular visits for the purpose of retention and revenue growth; Ongoing relationship and contract management; troubleshoots issues with the customer.
- Setting goals : Setting goals for the business development (sales) team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Training staff : Hiring, onboarding, and training business development staff
- Attending events : Attending conferences and industry events to nurture relationships with industry decision-makers.
- Working with other departments : Working with and influencing departments such as human resources, sales, marketing, accounting, and finance.
- Following industry standards : Executing and upholding the responsibilities of the company according to lawful industry standards and ethical behavior.
- Identify Tiki Bar locations for startups / fold ins.
- Work with the Director of Facilities and Director of Slot Operations to complete Site Surveys for outfitting new route locations (dcor, game mix, machine & amusement placement, etc).
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan customized on-site marketing materials for establishments
- Maintain a positive working relationship with Slot Techs and act as the liaison between the customer and Slot Operations team when trouble shooting relationship based or service issues.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Base Pay Range : 70,000 - $75,000
