Touch Dynamic is seeking a dynamic Receptionist / Executive Assistant to be the welcoming face of our company and provide essential support to our CEO. Key Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors, answer inquiries, and direct them appropriately.
- Answer and route phone calls professionally, take messages, and provide basic information.
- Manage calendars, book meetings, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Maintained office supplies, organized and scanned files daily, and performed administrative duties for the office manager.
- Perform light tasks for the CEO, such as running errands, scheduling, making travel arrangements, and managing credit card receipts and expense reports for the sales team.
