Job Description:
As the Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of our team, facilitating client care coordination and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. Your responsibilities will include managing communication, coordinating client coverage, and handling both tele-health and in-person supervisory visits. You’ll also be part of the on-call rotation to help provide uninterrupted care to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and provide exceptional client care coordination
- Manage scheduling for client coverage, including supervisory visits (both tele-health and in-person)
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, caregivers, and the team
- Assist with the on-call rotation to support care needs after hours
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and caregiver records in our EMR system
- Handle general administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently
- Other duties as assigned by management
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role (healthcare experience preferred)
- Proficiency with computers; EMR experience is a plus
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be flexible and available to participate in the on-call rotation
