Touch of Color Flooring is a flooring company specializing in commercial, new home, multi-family, and retail flooring. The business is in Harrisburg, PA and branch locations in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Virginia. We are looking to add GREAT people to our team.
We are seeking a well-qualified Accounts Payable Specialist to work out of our Harrisburg location. This position will report to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
Job Duties:
Process incoming invoices to the proper PO or region and department on a daily basis.
Review all invoices and pricing for appropriate approvals and/or documentation as needed, prior to posting and payment.
Process check requests, new vendor requests. Maintain vendor files and respond to all vendor inquiries.
Respond to intercompany requests for information.
Reconcile vendor statements and address billing issues as needed.
Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
Assist with other projects as time permits.
Recommended skills for this position:
1 years’ experience responsible for AP related duties
Experience in Microsoft Office products
Must have strong work ethic
Must be well organized, detail oriented, professional, and reliable
Possess strong organizational and time management skills
Strong independent research skills with ability to think and resolve problem transactions
Ability to communicate effectively with employees and vendors
Ability to work in a high-volume environment with accuracy and timeliness
Significant AP Experience
