Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and clients as the first point of contact
- Coordinate travel, transportation, and accommodations as needed
- Organize and manage appointments or meetings
- Correspond with clients and customers in a professional manner
- Policy and account development
- Email management
Qualifications
- Work experience as a personal assistant or a similar role
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time in accordance with needs
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Knowledge of computer function and applicable business software: Microsoft Office, Canva.
- Marketing experience preferred
