What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Ministry Intern position at Touch the World?

Responsibilities
- Support TTW staff in the operations of our summer program. Your specific contributions will be tailored to your skills and growth goals.
- Engage in weekly teaching and learning opportunities as you receive mentorship in personal and professional development.
- Fully participate in our vibrant staff culture, including contributing to training retreats and collaborative projects.
Openings:
- Development Assistant: We are looking for someone with skills and interest in storytelling, email and social media marketing, communications, and data analysis.
- Administrative Assistant: We are looking for someone with skills and interest in organization, efficiency systems, providing behind-the-scenes support, inventory management, and point-of-sale operations.
- Children's Ministry Coordinator: We are looking for someone with skills and interest in working with children (ages 0-8), leading a small group of volunteers, and coordinating age-appropriate activities and lesson plans.

- A desire to grow as a disciple of Christ.
- Individuals pursuing a degree in their area of interest are encouraged to apply.
What to Expect
Interns will work standard office hours (8:30 am-4:30 pm) and will be involved in some weekend activities. You will participate fully in the daily life of the TTW staff. Depending on the specific role, the internship will be based primarily at the TTW HQ (Allendale, NJ) or at The Mission Center (Kunkletown, PA), where housing will be provided. This is a stipend-based internship, with a stipend of $1500 provided.
