What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Touch Up Home furniture repair?
Administrative Assistant, Full Time only. This is an office position you can do from home. You have to be able to work full-time, 9am-5pm EST. We will train for the position. All calls are through our call center so you will have a designated phone number to use.Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Call technicians to get their schedule
- Mapping out repair locations
- Explaining service repairs to technicians
- All calls to technicians and customers are through our call center
Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer. Chromebooks and tablets are not compatible with out programs
- Reliable internet
- Ability to work 9am-5pm EST uninterrupted
- Experience working alone, as well as with a team
- Experience with customer service
- Experience working in the service industry is preferred
- Be friendly, personable, high energy, and work well with others.
Compensation:
- $14 to start, an additional $2.00 per hour if you can track technicians on weekday evenings and on Saturdays
Salary : $2 - $14
