Our reputable client located in southern Indiana wants to add Assembly Technicians to its fast growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create product assemblies following established processes, drawings, and specifications.
- Maintain product quality standards by following written procedures and work instructions.
- Identify and segregate any defects that occur during the process.
- Cross train on multiple products and be flexible as needed.
- Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- High School or High School equivalent diploma required.
- Knowledge of standard manufacturing practices in mechanical and electrical assembly.
- Knowledge of equipment used within a manufacturing environment, such as hand tools, machine tools, soldering tools, measuring tools - mechanical and electrical.
- Participate in LEAN activities to improve efficiency and standard work practices.
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. at a time.

- Shift time and days- 7:30 AM-4:00 PM M-F
