Caregiver Job Summary :
Touching Hearts at Home - Omaha is seeking a compassionate and reliable In Home Caregiver to join our team on a part-time, hourly basis. This individual contributor role will involve providing support and care to clients in their homes, ensuring their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.
Caregiver Compensation & Benefits :
This part-time, hourly position offers a competitive compensation package of $15 to $18 per hour, paid semi-monthly. In addition, employees will receive access to training and development opportunities, as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Help with household chores such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings.
- Monitor and document any changes in clients' health or behavior.
- Communicate and collaborate with clients' families and healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
