Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to older adults? Do you love mentoring others to do the same? If so, Touching Hearts at Home Dayton wants to meet you! We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate individual to fill a critical leadership role within our office support team.
What We’re Looking For:
We need someone who is not only competent in hands-on care but also eager to support, train, and uplift our care team. During the first 30 days of training, you will demonstrate proficiency in providing care for individuals with complex needs, including memory care, bed-bound care, and Hoyer transfers. Don’t worry—we provide training to refine your skills!
An associate degree, STNA, or MA certification is a plus, but hands-on experience and a deep understanding of care are just as valuable. You’ll be part of a close-knit team of ten, all dedicated to ensuring the highest satisfaction for both our clients and our care partners.
What the Role Involves:
This position is based in our Kettering office (NOT REMOTE) and requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You’ll support both our care team and clients through phone, text, email, and in-person visits to clients’ homes as needed. Responsibilities include:
Ensuring on-time arrival of care partners to scheduled shifts.
Managing on-demand and as-needed scheduling.
Filling open shifts with clients when shortages arise.
Conducting training and supervisory visits to clients’ homes.
Providing hands-on care when needed—some weeks may require 100% of scheduled time in client homes. Outstanding care is always the top priority.
To excel in this role, you must be able to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a commitment to teamwork and excellence.
Schedule & Work Environment:
Flexible weekend shifts available: Saturdays and/or Sundays, 7 AM - 7 PM or 10 AM - 10 PM.
Office-based in Kettering, with travel to clients’ homes as needed.
