Starting wage: $23.00/hr depending on experience, benefit eligible
As the Dining Room Supervisor, you will work closely with the Dining Services Director to ensure each resident and guest's needs are being met, each day. You will have the continual chance to positively impact lives by ensuring that every Touchmark resident and guest always has an exceptional dining experience. You will hire, lead, mentor, train and develop our team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills so that every experience in our dining room meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard. You will also be responsible for scheduling, administrative tasks and kitchen oversight.

Responsibilities:
Create wait staff scheduling and assist in front and back of house scheduling and reports as needed
Recommend changes to food products as necessary to enhance the dining experience and improve the company's profitability
Supervising the closure of the dining room at the end of dinner
Help maintain appropriate payroll budgeting
Assist in managing kitchen and dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of dining department
Help create a positive work environment in order to maintain low staff turnover
Assist in coordinating front and back of house staff to create a seamless flow
Be responsible for training and development of new wait staff
Provide appropriate coaching and counseling to employees so they can perform job duties effectively
Support the needs of the dining department
Salary : $23
