Starting at $20.00 per hour, depending on experience.
As the Dining Room Supervisor you will:
Execute Food and beverage service during dining operations as support to the Dining Services Manager. Supervise the front-of-house staff in day-to-day service and lead the team by communicating new processes, menu items, and wines available.
Responds to guest requests, challenges, and questions as needed.
You will hire, lead, mentor, and develop our team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills so that every experience in our dining room meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard.
The ideal candidate for this position will:

Have at least two years of management experience in a restaurant setting, experience in senior living is a plus.
Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling team members.
Possess the knowledge and ability to follow State and Federal regulations to meet all requirements and resident’s rights.
Possess or are willing to get a State Food Worker card and mixologist permit where needed.
Be willing to work weekends, holidays, and special events
Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification
