Starting wage $20 - $22 per hourMonday - Friday with rotating evening and weekend on-call schedule.

The ideal Maintenance Technician candidate will:
Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Be able to work an on-call rotation, including occasional evenings and weekends
Have experience with general maintenance in a community setting; previous experience working in a health care environment is a plus
Have basic knowledge of appliance, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing and electrical maintenance and repair
Have knowledge and experience working with technology such as smart phones, tablets, smart remotes, smart TVs and personal computers
Have working knowledge of business software and Microsoft operating systems
Have the ability to move quickly to various areas of the entire property
Physical work is a primary part of this role
Be able to read, write and speak English in order to communicate clearly with other team members and residents
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
Valid Driver License with clean driving record
Salary : $20 - $22
