Touchmark on South Hill is Spokane’s leading full-service senior living community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through five-star hospitality, services, and amenities. We are currently seeking the right individual to join our team as a Painter in our beautiful community.
Shift: Sunday-Thursday (Full-Time)
5:30 AM-2:00 PM (hours negotiable)

As a Painter, you will enrich lives each day by ensuring that each of the resident’s homes, as well as the community’s common areas, are in good conditions and maintained following Touchmark standards.
The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:
Assist in maintaining the buildings on our 65 acre campus
Be knowledgeable about and promote environmental safety for yourself and others
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
Position Requirements
Painting experience preferred
Knowledge of wall preparation, painting practices, remove pictures/fixtures, repairing/fill holes, and painting surfaces with brush, spray gun or paint roller
Be able to read, write and speak English
Willing to earn CPR/First Aid certification
Work in a drug free community
Be able to complete and follow Touchmark Vehicle Safety program
Physically capable of turning, stooping, bending, stretching, pushing/pulling, moving equipment and furniture, and able to lift up to 75 pound
Perform painting assignments in a professional and timely manner
Salary : $24 - $26
