Looking for the right candidate with a background in bookkeeping and accounting!
As The Payroll/AP Assistant, Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Working closely with the leadership team at the community, as well as the accounting team at Touchmark’s central office
- Assists Business Office Manager with projects/assignments as needed
- Processing accounts payables for Bismarck and Fargo locations
- Processing payroll for Bismarck and Fargo locations (semi-monthly)
- Human Resource responsibilities to include onboarding, HCM management, I9 compliance, background checks
- Experience processing payroll
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with Accounts Payable
- Excellent time-management skills, flexibility, and the ability to prioritize among multiple and/or competing tasks
- A genuine interest in working with a senior population
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, and staff members.
- Enjoy being part of a team
