Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data packages, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to establish material requirements.
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to develop accurate and competitive quotes for customers.
• Evaluate materials and qualified sources to acquire these materials through internal team and customer communication.
• Review and analyze historical data to provide accurate and competitive pricing.
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotes and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of cost for materials and relivant vendor selections.
• Continuously improve and refine estimating processes and methodologies to increase accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage vendor qualifications as required.
• Comply with all ISO 9001:2015, 5S, and other applicable standards; ensure department compliance.
• Manage and communicate concerns and completions on BOM exports for manufacturing feedback reports

Required Qualifications:

• Associate degree or experience in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing estimating, including experience with surface mount technology (SMT) and through-hole technology (THT) assembly.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other estimating software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
