Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to prioritize activities of the project team to ensure timely execution of customer deliverables.
- Communicate project status to customers, project team, and assembly team.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for assigned customer accounts and acquire a thorough understanding of the customer's needs and requirements.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Report and communicate material and process deviations both internally and externally.
- Comply with all ISO 9001:2015, 5S, and other applicable standards; ensure department compliance.
- Responsible for the quality output metrics and quarterly project team metrics, per the incentive bonus plan.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experience in a project management role.
- Experience leading teams preferred.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to display confidence and positivity.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to behaving ethically and morally, showing consistency in actions, values, principles, and expectations in alignment withthe organization's vision, mission, values, and pillars.
