This role is responsible for performing daily tasks of thru-hole assembly, inspection, and ensuring production standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete assembly of product with respect to quality, part usage, or other requirements.
- Communicate with quality coaches to ensure awareness of the quality level; ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
- Support investigations as needed for issues impacting product output or quality.
- Understand and follow all procedures per ISO 9001:2015 using proper work methods for safe and efficient performance of job duties and recognition of items to be completed.
- Provide updates to the thru-hole lead for the line status and any issues experienced.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
- At least 2 Years of experience in electronics manufacturing.
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to display confidence and positivity.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Act with integrity and commit to behaving ethically and morally showing consistency in actions, values, principles, and expectations in alignment with the organizations mission, vision, values, and pillars.
