Human Resource Business Partner
We are seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our team at The Heights of Gonzales Long Term Care and Rehabilitation, a skilled nursing community within Touchstone Communities.
This role is ideal for individuals with a well-rounded HR background, encompassing recruiting, payroll, HR operations, compliance, and employee relations.
Previous experience in the skilled nursing or healthcare industry is preferred, along with a strong knowledge of HR policy and procedure, as well as HRIS systems.
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred; however, at least 3 years' experience in a professional HR position can be considered in lieu of a degree.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary, which is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. This figure is subject to negotiation and may vary depending on qualifications and experience.
