Job Summary:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Deliver high-quality patient care, focusing on maintaining and improving skin integrity through evidence-based practices and interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement care for residents with complex skin conditions, working closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain accurate and comprehensive records of resident care, including progress notes, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Maintain open communication with family members and caregivers regarding resident care and progress.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
