Treatment Nurse-LVN/RN at Touchstone Communities
The Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) at Stone Oak Care Center is responsible for delivering resident-specific care focused on maintaining and improving skin integrity.
This role involves collaboration with physicians and licensed nurses to develop and modify treatment regimens while adhering to established medical practices and state regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Must have a current and valid Texas RN nursing license or a Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid RN/LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
- Deliver resident-specific care to provide services that maintain and/or improve skin integrity.
Collaborate with physician and licensed nurses to develop and modify the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychosocial needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of state and federal regulations and the guidelines and goals of this community.
