General Summary:
This position serves as a leader in the School Based Program and provides supervision and administrative oversight to the School Based Care Coordinators.
Essential Functions
- Carries out supervisory functions of training, scheduling, monitoring and evaluating performance of all assigned staff.
- Administers disciplinary action when necessary and in a timely and professional manner, consulting with Human Resources in accordance with policy.
- Works in collaboration with Human Resources to establish departmental/program staffing needs, participating fully in the recruitment and selection process.
- Ensures proper initial, ongoing, and recurrent training for all assigned staff. This includes assisting in developing and implementing departmental trainings.
- Ensures compliance with any quality assurance assigned tasks in order to meet regulatory agency guidelines and the CFT model. This includes performing audits, assisting School Based leaders with any reports, audits and process improvement for the School Based Program.
- Provides clinical oversight and input for assigned work group, completes individual and/or group supervision two times a month and monthly department meetings with staff.
- Maintains and monitors referrals and intakes through ticketing system, assignment of members to staff following intakes and completing the episodes of care workflow, staff caseloads, and ensuring staff are meeting monthly productivity and quality of care requirements of the School Based Care Coordinators.
- Monitoring weekly communication between SBS staff and schools, providing program specific assignments and contact information, monitoring school participation in CFTs, ensuring weekly staffing meetings between SBS staff and schools are occurring and documented, and confirming staff are providing appropriate care to members per the service plan.
- Works closely with Therapist Supervisor to monitor compliance, timeliness and quality of care between team members and works to provide on-going oversight of support and coaching of staff.
- Assists School Based leadership in the marketing of the School Based Program as well as maintaining a positive collaborative relationship with stakeholders and monitoring of community participation as requested by the schools.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment

Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in behavioral health related field or 4 years of related experience in the behavioral health related field and 2 years of management experience.
- BHP Preferred
- Clinical Independent licensure (LICSW, LCSW)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License;
- Must possess an AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card or be eligible for one
- Proficient with MS Office Products, email, internet and basic database navigation
