Touchstone Infusion is looking for a Full-Time Account Executive to support our expanding territories! This position is responsible for carrying out Account Executive daily duties while expected to grow the assigned region through client acquisitions and referral sources with minimum supervision.

About the Position
An Account Executive must possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. This role must provide adequate support to clients while maintaining long-term relationships. Along with demonstrating excellent customer service the Account Executive consistently demonstrates Touchstone’s mission and values. This position is focused on calling on and visiting hospitals, physician offices, home health agencies, and medical clinics to obtain infusion referrals.
An ideal candidate is someone who has healthcare sales experience, highly motivated, passionate about their role, and contributes to the growth of the organization while placing an emphasis on patient care.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and marketing growth in assigned territory
- Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities
- Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client and to resolve issues
- Responsible for brand recognition and presentation
- Responsible for client acquisition and referral growth
- Responsible for referral relationship management
- Able to multitask and budget resources in order to meet assigned quotas
- Coordinate after-hour events, and client appreciation experiences
- Help manage company assets through prudent evaluation of expenses
- Determine and evaluate insurance benefits, also seeking approval from management for non-standard categories: Medicare D discounts, Medicaid, un-funded, and no OON option
- Be available within the field of work to balance patient discharges, referral assistance, discuss insurance benefits intelligently, and represent the ‘Touchstone brand’ as a professional at all times
- Participate in team building and help maintain the Touchstone culture
- Help support revenue growth by increasing therapy volume via strategic call-point (TPN, IVIG, antibiotic, and inotrope)
- Competent in-home infusion medications and supplies needed per therapy
- Able to demonstrate use to patients
- Remain knowledgeable on rules and regulations involving medication and pharmacy services

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 year of healthcare sales experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to travel up to 90%
- Knowledge or experience with Medicare Part D or Medicaid insurance (preferred)
- Ability to harness financial data for informed decision making
