To be considered, you must have sold SaaS into hospitals, preferably within a start-up.
In this role, the focus is on driving new business within key hospital departments, working with some of the largest healthcare systems in the U.S. The individual will engage with department chairs and institutional decision-makers across anesthesiology, internal medicine, critical care, and surgery, leveraging a mix of SDR-generated leads, conferences, and self-sourced opportunities. With a hunting-heavy approach, the goal is to establish initial footholds in these departments and expand to larger system-wide deals over time. The sales cycle typically spans six months for new accounts, requiring a strategic and consultative approach to articulate value and drive adoption.
- Growth : On track for 4–5x growth this year, with another 4x revenue growth projected next year.
- Performance Metrics : Achieving a 1 / 3 lead-to-close rate with clear product-market fit, 0% churn, and 90% active user engagement within six months of onboarding.
- Clients : Brigham and Women’s Hospital (Harvard Medical School), UCSF Medical Center, Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, and Columbia University Irving Medical Center.

We are a new product category, and outside of anesthesia, no one knows we exist. The goal is to generate enough interest to start a conversation and quickly articulate our value proposition. Building a relationship requires being smart, clear, and concise in your messaging. Once we capture their attention, our conversion rates are strong—about 25-30% of SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) convert into closed deals. The need is there; it’s just about breaking through and engaging effectively.
