Responsibilities
The ideal Program Manager candidate is someone with deep project management experience in the energy efficiency, sustainability, or environmental sectors. Bonus points if you've worked on behalf of cities / states and understand benchmarking and building performance standards.
Program Design & Management
- Understand client software needs and collaborate closely with the software development team to prioritize the design and deployment of feature enhancements and the resolution of bugs.
- Design and implement government building benchmarking and building performance standards programs to meet regulatory objectives. This includes developing contract scopes, deliverables, required resources, work plans, budgets, and project schedules.
- Lead all aspects of client and program management including setting agendas, running project meetings, adhering to project schedules, compiling reports, etc.
- Develop and present client deliverables, including but not limited to, program and training materials, communication plans, reports, and public documents. Ensure they are accurate and high-quality.
- Analyze financial reports and actively manage program budgets in order to meet staff utilization targets and ensure project profitability. Review staff time billed to projects and invoices for accuracy.
- Identify and manage risks and opportunities across multiple projects.
- Generate and analyze various program or customer statistic reports using Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, internal Touchstone IQ tools, and other related software.
- Be proactive and exercise initiative in identifying, tracking, and escalating impediments to project success.

Benefits
Compensation is dependent on experience with a base salary ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 based on qualifications and experience. Benefits include healthcare and dental insurance, parental leave, a Denver RTD EcoPass, a hybrid work schedule, paid holidays, vacation and sick days as well as a matching 401K package. We can offer a relocation package to the Denver area for this position.
