What You Will Do : Develop and expand your career as a WSB Sustainability Manager!
As a Sustainability Program Manager, you will :
- Be part of a dynamic team committed to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions for clients in the public and private sector.
- Leverage Colorado-based connections in business and government to build new business in the state, as well as growth in other states core to WSB's services.
- Use your project management skills to plan, direct, track, and execute activities for current and future projects in Colorado and other states. Meet or exceed utilization rate expectations of approximately 70%. Lead project teams, manage and deliver successful projects, budgets, design project scopes, and meet client expectations.
- Conduct tailored research, writing, strategy and analysis to support climate and other sustainability client deliverables.
- Manage external engagement with clients and key stakeholders such as Councils, Commissions, Boards, C-Suite, corporate and governmental staff.
- Collaborate with and report to the Sr. Director of Sustainability regarding growth strategy and execution for sustainability. Work with the team to formulate strategy and lead the proposal process for sustainability projects for business and governmental sectors. Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams to respond to RFP's and prepare winning proposals.
- Support the WSB Sustainability Team and corporate sustainability operational efforts to advance the WSB Sustainability Plan
- Represent WSB to external clients, provide an excellent level of service to clients and maintain successful customer relationships.
- Successfully cultivate internal client relationships.
- Participate in and lead business development activities to new and existing clients through the following activities :
plan, lead and participate in client meetings and networking events;
