Maintenance Position Overview
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
The schedule is Monday - Friday , rotating Saturdays between 3 employees.

We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of skills, including general repairs, preventative maintenance, and property upkeep. Key responsibilities include:
- General Maintenance & Repairs: Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Property Upkeep: Curb painting, roof/gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and window cleaning
- Equipment Use: Comfortable using power tools and maintaining safety standards
- Driving Requirement: Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a standard vehicle
- Pool & Water Systems: Pool maintenance, drainage compliance, and water conservation monitoring
- Safety & Compliance: OSHA workplace safety knowledge, fire safety, and emergency preparedness
- Security & Lighting: Replacing/upgrading lighting and basic security camera troubleshooting
- Teamwork & Scheduling: Must be a team player and willing to work rotational Saturday shifts (shared among three team members)
Preferred (Not Required) Skills:
- Concrete shaving/masonry work
- Concrete experience
