Title: Retail Operations Intern- Summer 2025 Reports to: Director of Retail Operations Division: Retail Operations
The Retail Operations intern will assist the Retail Operations Department in daily administrative tasks and activities while demonstrating excellent administration, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Part-time Tuesday, Wednesday And Thursday In Office Required.
Anticipated to start mid June for an 8- 10 week program.

The Retail Operations intern will assist the Retail Operations Department in daily administrative tasks and activities while demonstrating excellent administration, communication, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Review, maintain and update the Standard Operating Procedures manual with contact reference changes.
- Organize and update operations procedures files in partnership with the Retail Operations Managers.
- Assist in the compilation of in-store audit and training sessions conducted by the Retail Operations team.
- Analyze store audit results in completing and presenting trend analysis to discover operational deficiencies to enhance existing Standard Operating Procedures.
- Draft and compile Retail Operations support templates for operational support inquiries.
- Update store contact information, for Retail Operations reference.
- Support in the planning of store opening and relocation operational training initiatives.
- Attend training and in-store audits as appropriate.
- Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to understand internal process and make thoughtful improvement recommendations.
- Assist the Receiving and Distribution department with processing and gain an understanding of product workflow.
- Ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Enrolled in a university or college program at junior or senior level, preferred course of study to include Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience working in an office environment.
- Ability to maintain the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Must be self-motivated and can work autonomously.
- Basic understanding of business operations.
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Analytical problem solver.
- Detail oriented with outstanding administrative and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Must have working knowledge of MS Office; strong -Proficiency in excel and access a plus.
