Responsibilities
- Oversee daily landscape maintenance tasks, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Supervise and train team members in lawn care, tree care, and irrigation techniques.
- Manage groundskeeping activities, including planting and gardening, while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert advice.
- Drive to various job sites, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
