As we embark on growing our footprint in the US, we are looking for a dynamic Director of Digital to fuel our e-commerce business and to lead our digital activities across all touchpoints.
About the Role
As the Director of Digital, you will develop and implement digital strategies to drive growth and optimize the online channel, ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience. You will partner with a diverse set of talent both in Barcelona and the US to drive our ecommerce business, ensuring that brand, merchandising, commercial, performance marketing, CRM, social media, etc. activities are aligned to deliver a cohesive brand message while driving ecommerce results. This is a left and right brain role, merging art and science to deliver a compelling brand narrative and strong digital performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Accountability: Achieve sales and margin plans for tous.com.
- Digital Reporting Dashboard: Enhance the existing performance dashboard to include advanced analytics that provide deeper insights into customer behavior and campaign effectiveness.
- Calendar: Drive the ecommerce calendar in the US, ensuring all customer touchpoints are aligned and delivering a compelling brand and commercial narrative.
- Development and Execution of Digital / Ecommerce Strategy: Formulate strategies to increase online sales, improve user experience, and ensure the website aligns with the TOUS brand image.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with the HQ team to coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, CRM, affiliate, social media, and paid media to drive traffic and conversions.
- Influencers: Collaborate with Cross-Functional teams to create and execute compelling digital marketing and influencer marketing campaigns.
- UX: Partner with HQ team to recommend improvements on design, functionality, and performance of the site, ensuring it is optimized for both desktop and mobile.
- Product Merchandising: Partner with US product team to manage the online product catalog, ensuring product is merchandised on the site with an eye to performance.
- CRM & Clientelling Strategy: Refine the existing CRM & Clientelling strategy and manage its execution. Develop and implement new strategies to build and maintain strong customer relationships, increase customer loyalty, and drive repeat purchases.
Qualifications
- 8 years of experience in the digital ecosystem. Experience in jewelry and / or retail is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to communicate insights and build strategy using data.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well with a large cross-functional team. This role requires strong collaboration with various members of the HQ team in Spain to coordinate and drive all digital activities in the US.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required.
