We are recruiting a Full-Time Key Holder to join the team in our store in Garden State Plaza NJ . This is a great opportunity to work with TOUS, a global brand present in 45 countries with more than 600 stores. We are the jewelry brand that makes creativity and self-expression shine.

As a Key Holder you will provide full support to the sales ensuring an excellent customer service with the operating standards, policies and procedures of TOUS. You will be trained to know our brand intimately so that you become its greatest brand ambassador.
Profile:
Retail experience from within a high end quality retail brand is essential but most importantly though, you will be used to providing very high standards of service. You will need to have excellent management and customer service skills with great ability to connect and converse with our clients being one of your greatest assets.
Responsibilities:
Open and close the store, ensuring all security procedures are followed.
Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales goals.
Assist in daily operations, including inventory management and merchandising.
Support and train team members to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges with accuracy and professionalism.
Ensure the store maintains its luxury appearance and adheres to visual merchandising standards.

Experience in retail, preferably in luxury or jewelry sales.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support the team.
Excellent communication and sales abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
Reliability and trustworthiness in handling store keys and operational tasks.
