Job Description
As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for helping customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll provide order status updates, make edits, and handle cancellation requests while maintaining accurate records of customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers with product questions and order-related issues.
- Work with warehouses and shipping partners to resolve order-related issues.
- Send out fabric swatches to customers.
- Provide weekly updates to customers waiting on backordered items.
Requirements
No experience necessary. We'll provide training to the right candidate.
